Andrew Duff

Andrew Duff was a Liberal MEP from 1999-2014. He served in the Convention on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on the Future of Europe. He was President of the Union of European Federalists 2008-13. Before joining the European Parliament he was Director of the Federal Trust in London.  His latest publication is Pandora, Penelope, Polity: How to Change the European Union
